Returns & Exchanges

Online Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items that are received within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with your original receipt and tags attached. All returns will be processed within 5 – 7 business days of receiving the item. In all cases, including where the order qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Labode cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Sale and found items are final sale and exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as candles, flowers or books cannot be returned. 

We are not able to offer exchanges online. The customer will be required to return the item and place a new order online.

To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@labode.ca, including your first and last name, order number, description of item(s) being returned, and the reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 7 business days of receiving the item. If your return is rejected it is due to the item not being in original and unused condition and/or not returned within 14 days of delivery.

In-Store Purchases

Returns will be honoured within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange in store. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must have their original tags attached, the receipt must be presented at the time of return/exchange, and items must be in their original, unused condition.

Final Sale Items

All artwork, sale and found items are FINAL SALE.  If item(s) are defective or damaged, please send us an email at customerservice@labode.ca and we will arrange a replacement of the item, if in stock, or provide a full refund.
